Position:
Medicare Professional
Permanent, full-time or possibly consulting position, senior medicare expert and business analyst with advanced systems skills needed for small, private, successful computer software engineering company with complex statistical analysis and internet presentation technology. Headquarters in Saint Louis, MO serving clients across the U.S.

Qualifications include: Substantial technical and business expertise in the Medicare Risk Adjustment space. Actuarial or financial analysis experience. Proven ability in developing programming and functional specifications. Familiarity with WEB based software development, SQL Server, business rules based software and HTML would be a plus. IT Infrastructure knowledge (LAN/ WAN, hardware systems, security strategies, etc) is also desirable but nor essential.

Job responsibilities include writing program specifications, populate and maintain SQL databases, troubleshoot/support incumbent systems, develop complex statistical models, work with outside service providers and consultants for value-adding service features (some internet-based), sensitive client communication via phone/email. Creative collaboration with management and technical staff on system functionality, and careful oversight to protect client interests are expected.

Ideal candidates for this position will have experience managing a small team of technology workers in the "lean/mean" paradigm - ideally in a setting where company growth relies upon fast response to client opportunities. A supportive, collegial and communicative management style is essential. HCC / CPC Coder

Position:
Client Care representative
Apply your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to provide optimum service on all incoming support calls to our external clients. As an integral part of the product support group, your key responsibilities also include:
  • Adding new problems or update existing problems in the call tracking/problem resolution database
  • Generating all authorization codes and updates the call tracking software with this information
  • Maintaining the tracking database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Researching the problem and may direct the customer to an existing resolution/workaround
Qualifications for application:
The ideal candidate will be a customer service oriented person who has a basic understanding of database technology. This is an entry-level position that offers growth potential. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be the first point of service to clients by providing excellent customer service to client's via phone and email by taking and responding to client calls. The candidate must be bright, articulate, proactive, and capable of demonstrating exceptional customer service skills . Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills are required. Previous customer service experience in a technical setting is desired. Knowledge of software packages, CRM tools, etc. is a plus. The Help Desk Representative is an integral part of the service function, responsible for bringing multiple resources to bear to solve issues to the client's satisfaction.

You possess Community College education including some formal training in computing and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in computer operation.

Knowledgeable about software installs and basic hardware operation.

Minimum of 6 months experience in a product support call centre environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal and documentation skills are a must. Professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills. Proficient PC skills.
Position:
Account Manager
The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The AM is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and market trends within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the AM should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
  • Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. data loads, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
  • Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the CTO or CEO of any problems that may arise.
  • Manages the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client.
  • Approves Change Orders and invoices, and is responsible for payment collections.
  • Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
  • Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
  • Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for company growth and new business lines
  • Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.
  • Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
  • Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
  • Reports to the CTO, providing regular input on all client activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
Requirements:
  • Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
  • Minimum 3 years of Account/project management experience
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Technical competence (understand CMS risk adjustment, software, etc)
  • Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
  • High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
  • Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
  • Graduate degree
